氣軔系統能透過通常位於車輛駕駛室內的儀表進行監控。

主風缸應始終維持約 8 Bar 壓力，並自動受風泵加壓。

完全緊軔時，軔管內的工作壓力約為 3.5 Bar，完全鬆軔時則約為 5 Bar。軔管壓力受貫通司軔閥控制，並通常以軔管儀表中的黑色或白色指針表示。

軔缸的工作壓力介於 0 至 3.75 Bar，可將此視為施加於車輪的軔力。軔缸壓力通常以軔管儀表中的紅色指針表示。

因儀表顯示的是以大氣壓為準的相對壓力，實際絕對壓力比儀表和技術文件中所示高約 1 Bar。
