Different cars and cargo types have different resilience to different types of damage, which makes some more fragile than others. Particularly sensitive cargo types are those requiring the Fragile license , which includes HAZMAT cargo .
Sufficiently damaged cars and cargo can leak hazardous materials , potentially causing a catastrophe .
Damage state of each car and its cargo can be seen on the car's ID plate .
Damaged cars and cargo generate fees .
Car damage can be inflicted manually in sandbox mode , using the comms radio damage mode .
