Service points are places where drivers can repair or refill Template:Ppl. To do this they must own a Manual Service license.

Basic service points, marked turquoise on the station maps , are usually located in depots and offer various repair services as well as basic consumable resources such as diesel, oil, sand, and electricity for refilling.

Steam service points, marked gray on the station maps, are characterized by towers that offer water and coal for refilling.

The driver interacts with the service points using a number of machines stacked next to each other, featuring indicators and control devices on them. There are several types of machines involved: selection module , status module and cash register .
