Servisné miesta sú miesta, kde môžu vodiči opraviť alebo doplniť motorové vozidlá. Aby to mohli urobiť, musia vlastniť licenciu na manuálnu službu.

Basic service points, marked turquoise on the station maps, are usually located in depots and offer various repair services as well as basic consumable resources such as diesel, oil, sand, and electricity for refilling.

Steam service points, marked gray on the station maps, are characterized by towers that offer water and coal for refilling.

Vodič komunikuje so servisnými miestami pomocou niekoľkých strojov naskladaných vedľa seba, na ktorých sú indikátory a ovládacie zariadenia. Zapojených je niekoľko typov automatov: výberový modul, stavový modul a pokladnica.
