轉車台

「轉車台」是上有一小段軌道的機械化設施，能夠與停放其上的鐵路車輛一同進行旋轉。它們通常位於調車站場附近，為站場空間有限時改變車輛方向的方式，或用以進入其周圍放射分布的扇形車庫等駐車軌道。

司機員將車輛駛上轉車台前必須確保轉車台已正確地與軌道對齊。司機員在進行旋轉之前還必須確保車輛完全位於轉車台範圍內並確實緊軔，且四周沒有任何障礙物。若操作不當，有可能對車輛造成嚴重損壞。

轉車台能夠透過幾種方式操作：

• by the turntable control lever, usually found in a nearby booth
• by physically pushing against the rod at the end of the turntable track
• via UI in mouse mode, depending on difficulty settings
• via keyboard shortcuts, depending on difficulty settings

轉車台在與軌道對齊時會發出「咔嗒」聲。
