Пункты технического обслуживания (ПТО) – это места ремонта и заправки подвижного состава. Для обслуживания необходимо иметь лицензию на обслуживание вручную.
Basic service points, marked turquoise on the station maps, are usually located in depots. They offer various repair services as well as basic consumable resources such as diesel, oil, sand, and electrical charge.
Steam service points, marked gray on the station maps, are towers that offer water and coal.
Взаимодействие с ПТО производится с использованием ряда стоящих рядом друг с другом автоматов, оборудованных индикаторами и устройствами управления. Предусмотрено несколько типов автоматов: модуль выбора, модуль статуса и кассовый аппарат.
