配送依頼の概要を受注するには、プレイヤーはそれを依頼確認機に挿入する必要があります。未納の支払いが多い場合や、必要なライセンスが足りない場合は、受注が許可されません。その際には対処方法についての案内が与えられます。
依頼書の概要が受注されると、より詳細な配送依頼指示書が発行されます。この本には、関係する車両と線路の正確な ID とともに、依頼を完了する方法に関する段階的な説明が記載されています。この時から依頼は有効となり、作業時間の計測が開始されます。
Accepting orders can also be blocked if you lack required licenses. Note, however, that all stations are guaranteed to have at least one order that you're qualified for, except for those that deal exclusively with special cargo, such as hazardous materials.
