Les licences MD permettent aux conducteurs de prendre livraison de matériaux jugés plus dangereux pour l'environnement que d'autres, en cas d'accident. Il existe trois niveaux, chacun nécessitant successivement une licence distincte.

In order to take delivery orders involving HAZMAT cargo, you need an appropriate license . There are three tiers of HAZMAT licenses, each granting access to increasingly more dangerous cargo:

• Tier 1 - Flammable , asphyxiating and oxidizing materials
• Tier 2 - Explosive , corrosive and toxic materials
• Tier 3 - Biohazardous and radioactive materials

HAZMAT licenses need to be acquired successively, and require you to already own the Fragile license, which allows transporting cargo that is highly sensitive to collisions .
