HAZMAT 证照使司机能够在发生事故时运送被认为对周围环境或更广泛环境比其他环境更危险的材料。 HAZMAT 货物分为三层，每层依次需要单独的证照。

• Tier 1 - Flammable , asphyxiating and oxidizing materials
• Tier 2 - Explosive , corrosive and toxic materials
• Tier 3 - Biohazardous and radioactive materials

In order to acquire HAZMAT licenses, you need the Fragile license, which allows transporting cargo that is highly sensitive to collisions.
