要接受送一份訂單，司機員需要將一份訂單概覽插入工作驗證機。若司機員有太多未結清的費用或者未持有所需執照，他們可能會不被允許接下訂單，並會收到相關操作的指示。

成功將訂單概覽插入機器時，機器將換發一份該訂單的詳細資訊手冊。當中包含有關如何完成它的步驟說明，並精確標註所涉及的車輛和軌道。從此刻起，訂單就生效了，刻不容緩。
