《車輛目錄》是一本包含 Derail Valley 中所有動力車輛和工作車輛特色概覽的手冊。當中列出了各車輛的幾項分數和所搭載機能，有助於更進一步了解個別車輛所扮演的角色以及如何最有效地使用它們。
《車輛目錄》中的評分系統藉由比對車輛之間的多項特性後給出的分數，藉此凸顯車輛之間相對的優勢與劣勢。
只要為「Derail Valley Railworks and Transportation」公司所擁有的車輛，所能取得它們的位置資訊也標示於此手冊中。此為頁面上方對應各地點在如《車站配線圖》中所標示色彩的多個色塊。若車輛永遠能自一地點取得，對應地點色塊下方將顯示綠色底線；當車輛於一地點的取得機率大於50%時，對應地點色塊下方將顯示黃色底線；當取得機率更低時，對應地點色彩下方將不會顯示底線；當無法於特定地點取得時，該地點色塊將以斜線圖樣表示。
