Motorized vehicles used to haul the trains don't count as part of the order and are not required to fit the tracks. Whether the cars and cargo are damaged , or late , doesn’t play a role in the order’s completion status.
When the driver inserts a delivery order to an order validator , if the order is deemed complete the machine will issue the order completion printout with information on how well the delivery was performed, along with the payment .
If the order is not deemed complete, the machine will issue the order report printout with information on its status progress and what’s remaining to be done.
