Motorized vehicles used to haul the trains don't count as part of the order and are not required to fit the tracks. Whether the cars and cargo are damaged, or late, doesn’t play a role in the order’s completion status.
When the driver inserts a delivery order to an order validator, if the order is deemed complete the machine will issue the order completion printout with information on how well the delivery was performed, along with the payment.
If the order is not deemed complete, the machine will issue the order report printout with information on its status progress and what’s remaining to be done.
