Cargo transfer is a machine found next to tracks dedicated for cargo transfer (loading and unloading). It features a display, listing the tracks it serves and types of cargo it can load or unload from cars. Pulling the lever on it initiates cargo transfer on or from cars that are scheduled to be loaded or unloaded on that track by a delivery order.
For a train to be registered as "in range", it needs to be fully present on the track and stationary.
