HAZMAT cargo is cargo that consists of hazardous materials. In case of an accident, this cargo can induce significant {{pll|Damage Overview|damage}}, especially to the {{pll|Environmental Impact Fee|environment}}.
HAZMAT licenses enable drivers to take deliveries of materials that are deemed more hazardous for the immediate surroundings or the broader environment than others, in case of an accident. There are three tiers of HAZMAT cargo, each requiring a separate license, successively.


In order to acquire HAZMAT licenses, the driver must first own the Fragile license, which allows them to transport cargo that is highly sensitive to collisions.
