Station offices are small white buildings with a tall green light-flashing beacon. This is where delivery orders can be found laid on a desk, as well as order validators , career managers , trash bins , beds , weathercast posters , world maps and other facilities. Outside of station offices there is usually a tool shed , as well as a dumpster , for item management.

Every location, such as a city or an industry, has a station office. The position of station offices is indicated in the overview pages of the schematic station map book.
