The device features a setting that determines whether it is in transmit mode (TX) or receive mode (RX). The transmit mode needs to be enabled on the vehicle you intend to operate, and the receive mode on all others. If this is not the case, the gadget will warn you. When in receive mode, the vehicle’s intended direction of travel can be selected with the reverse switch on the gadget, regardless of its reverser setting.
