Distance Tracker

Distance tracker is a gadget that allows measuring travel distance of the vehicle it’s installed on. It is mostly used to determine when the end of the train has passed a certain point. This can be useful when traversing speed limit signs , or when shunting .

The gadget features a distance setting that the driver can put in. They can then push the activation button, and the tracker will measure the distance traveled. When the distance reaches zero, the gadget will provide an alert sound.

Beware that any traction loss that occurs on the vehicle doing the measuring can impair the result.

This gadget requires electrical connections to function.
