Servicing by paying fees is done by paying the fee tied to a specific vehicle at a career manager. Upon completing the transaction, the vehicle is instantly fully serviced, regardless of its location. This way of servicing costs twice as much as manual service, but insurance will cover the portion above the driver’s copay. At the start of a driver’s career their copay is low, and it is usually cheaper to service by paying fees.

When repaired this way the vehicle is turned off, with its controls reset to the default state and handbrake applied.

Servicing by paying fees is only available for the DVRT owned vehicles. Private vehicles, such as work trains, can only be serviced manually.
