Fee tolerance is the amount of debt a driver can have before they are suspended from taking on new orders. It is a variable number, depending on how much money the driver operates with. The more the money in their wallet, the higher the tolerance.

To allow drivers to chain multiple orders in a row, fees don't immediately count into fee tolerance. Rather, they start counting the first next day at 07:00 AM.

If the driver is suspended from taking new orders, they are required to pay some of the fees (not necessarily all) that they can afford, to lift the suspension. They can see their tolerance level in the stats page on a career manager.
