Message definition (Cargo Transfer)

Cargo transfer is a machine found next to {{pll|Track ID Signs|tracks dedicated for cargo transfer}} (loading and unloading). It features a display, listing the tracks it serves and types of cargo it can load or unload from {{pll|Rail Vehicle Types|cars}}. Pulling the lever on it initiates cargo transfer to or from cars that are scheduled to be loaded or unloaded on that track, by a {{pll|Order Types Overview|delivery order}}.
