Message definition (Speed Limit Signs)

To help anticipate if the next limit will involve a significant change of speed, speed signs are accompanied by appendix signs. If the next limit has a speed increase of 20 km/h or more, a green appendix with an arrow pointing up is added to the sign. Similarly, if the speed limit ahead has a speed decrease of 20 km/h or more, a red appendix with an arrow pointing down is added to the sign.

Um vorausahnen zu können, ob die nächste Beschränkung eine größere Änderung der Geschwindigkeit beinhaltet, sind an den Signalen Zusatztafeln angebracht. Wenn die nächste Angabe eine Geschwindigkeitserhöhung von mindestens 20 km/h bedeutet, wird der Tafel ein grünes Schild mit einem Pfeil nach oben hinzugefügt. In ähnlicher Weise wird der Tafel ein rotes Schild mit einem nach unten zeigenden Pfeil hinzugefügt, wenn die nächste Höchstgeschwindigkeit eine Geschwindigkeitsreduzierung von 20 km/h oder mehr aufweist.
