Controllers are special items , such as buttons and potentiometers used to provide optional additional control for gadgets .

For example, they may be used to toggle gadgets on or off, or to fine tune light intensity. An alternating controller can be used to toggle individual gadgets sequentially, to create flashing lights for example.

Only those gadgets that have electrical connections can be operated using controllers. Controllers need to be connected to the vehicle's electrics with the soldering gun , and then wired to the desired gadgets using a crimping tool .

A single controller can be used to operate multiple gadgets, if wired so.

Controllers can be purchased in some of the shops around the valley.
