「訂單概覽」是指置於在車站辦公室內桌上的多張文件。司機員可以自由瀏覽。每分概覽都標註了實際訂單的概略內容，例如訂單類型、貨物類型、目的地、執照需求以及酬勞和時效獎金訊息。
