The comms radio Clear mode is used to remove vehicles, for example if they are blocking the way and there is no other way around. A removed vehicle goes back to a pool, to potentially reappear sometime again in the future.
Depending on the session difficulty settings , it may not be possible to clear a vehicle without rerailing it first. Also, there may be a cost to clearing a vehicle.
To clear a vehicle aim at it and shoot.
If a car that had a delivery order assigned is removed, the order will be canceled immediately. The clearing function is intended to be used only when necessary and not for convenience.
