The comms radio Clear mode is used to remove vehicles, for example if they are blocking the way and there is no other way around. A removed vehicle goes back to a pool, to potentially reappear sometime again in the future.
Depending on the session difficulty settings , it may not be possible to clear a vehicle without rerailing it first. Also, there may be a cost to clearing a vehicle.
If a car that had a delivery order assigned gets removed, the order is canceled immediately. The clearing function should be used only when absolutely necessary.
