The comms radio Rerail mode is used to rerail vehicles that fell off the tracks . You can aim at a derailed vehicle you wish to rerail and shoot to select it. Then aim at a spot on the tracks where you wish to rerail the vehicle to and shoot again. The further the destination is from the vehicle, the more the rerailment will cost , with the maximum depending on the session difficulty settings .
When rerailed, the vehicle is turned off, with its controls reset to the default state and the handbrake applied.
