Apart from the fees related to damage or consumed resources, there are those relating to environmental impact. Motorized rail vehicles with internal combustion engines, for example, pollute the environment just by running. They are bundled together with the fees for that vehicle.
Alternatively, leaking certain hazardous materials cargo types can cause massive damage to the environment. Those are bundled together with the order fee.
Specific environmental impact fees can be seen in fee breakdowns that can be printed on any career manager, as well as on delivery order report printouts.
