On some vehicles that require lubrication there are parts of the drivetrain that can only be lubricated manually.
They usually have small oil cups scattered around. Opening the caps of each reveals the oil level inside. The cups need to be individually refilled, using an oiler . The caps are then closed, to prevent oil from spilling out.
