Message definition (Time of Day)

Time can be tracked with clocks found in the {{pll|Station Office|station offices}}, as well as with a {{pll|Pocketwatch|pocketwatch}}. This can be useful when trying to win the {{pll|Time Bonus|time bonus}}.
