無線聯控控制器是一種裝置 ，用於透過單一車輛 遠端遙控其他車輛。
此裝置僅能於可支援以聯控跳線 方式連接的車輛上使用，且欲同步控制的每車輛上都必須裝有此裝置。
此裝置上有著切換其為「發送」或「接收」模式的旋鈕。在操作車輛上應設為「發送」，其他欲同步車輛上應設為「接收」。若設定有誤，裝置將發出聲響警示。在「接收」模式下，該車輛的運轉方向也能於裝置上設定，而不必手動操作其逆轉機 。
由於此裝置的訊號並無範圍限制，因此它也配備了頻道選擇器，以此隔絕個別裝置。
此裝置需要接上電源 才能運作。
