Universal control stand is a gadget designed to provide an alternative set of controls and instruments to a motorized rail vehicle.
For example, it can make driving certain vehicles in reverse more comfortable.
This device is only compatible with vehicles that support MU connections. Unlike the similar locomotive remote controller, universal control stand offers a wider range of controls and instruments, and can be relied on to drive trains in all situations. However, it is not a mobile device.
The stand features a tilting mechanism, allowing it to be used in vertical, horizontal, or any in-between orientation.
