Career manager is a machine located in {{pll|Station Office|station offices}}. It is used to browse and pay {{pll|Fees|fees}} and {{pll|Licenses Overview|licenses}}, locate specific {{pll|Work Trains Overview|private vehicles}}, and display other information relating to your {{pll|Career|career}} progress.

Career managers feature a text display and receive input through physical buttons. From left to right, the buttons represent functions: Up, Down, Cancel, Confirm and Print. There is also a money slot where the driver inserts their money or wallet in order to pay fees or licenses.

The Fees page lets the driver browse their fees. Pressing the Print button will print out the selected fee, for a detailed cost breakdown. Pressing Confirm will proceed to the payment instructions.

The Owned Vehicles page lets the driver view the list of the vehicles they own, such as work trains. The list shows the vehicles’ coordinates on the world map, as well as their maintenance status. Pressing the Print button will print out a detailed status breakdown for a selected vehicle.
