Military licenses provide access to military bases and delivery orders involving military cargo. They come in three tiers:

Tier 1 - Grants access to military bases and their logistical haul deliveries .
Tier 2 - Grants access to valuable, military-grade shunting and freight haul deliveries between the bases.
Tier 3 - Grants access to deliveries involving strategic, highly valuable and sensitive cargo .

Military licenses need to be acquired successively.
