In the hotbar section of the {{pll|Inventory Interface|inventory interface}} every occupied slot features a button with a lock icon on it. Enabling the lock makes the {{pll|Items Overview|item}} inside always go to that specific slot when picked up and not accept any other items. Disabling the lock unlocks the slot. If you try to place a misfit item to a locked slot, the item will go to the next available slot instead. This is useful when you want to keep your item arrangement tidy.
