This mode is used to rerail vehicles that fell off the tracks. The driver can aim and shoot at a derailed vehicle they wish to rerail. Then they need to aim and shoot at a spot on the tracks that they wish to rerail the vehicle to. The further the destination is from the vehicle, the more the rerailment will cost, with the maximum depending on the session difficulty settings.

The comms radio rerail mode is used to restore derailed vehicles back on tracks . You can aim at a derailed vehicle you wish to rerail, and shoot to select it. Then aim at a spot on the tracks where you wish to rerail the vehicle to, and shoot again. The further the destination from the vehicle, the costlier the rerailment, with the maximum cost depending on the session difficulty settings .

When rerailed, the vehicle is turned off, with all of its controls reset to the default state.
